Is twoplus Applicator FSA/HSA eligible? 

twoplus Applicator is eligible for purchase or reimbursement by most FSA/HSA programs. You can either use your FSA/HSA debit card when checking out on https://twoplushealth.com or file for reimbursement.

Method 1:

You can directly use your FSA/HSA debit card to purchase twoplus products, by entering your HSA/FSA card information in the "credit card" section at checkout.

Method 2:

You can submit your claim for reimbursement from FSA or HSA. 

1. Order the item you want and pay for your purchase out of pocket.
2. You will receive the order confirmation email. If you need the receipt, kindly contact us at service@twoplushealth.com 
3. Submit the required documentation to your provider for reimbursement.
